Forum Guest Experience
Leadership carries a weight that few people fully understand. A C12 Forum gives Christian CEOs, owners, and executives a place to step away from the demands of the business, work on the issues that matter most, and sit alongside peers who understand both the responsibility of leadership and the desire to honor Christ through it.
A guest day is an opportunity to experience that kind of room firsthand.

What is C12?
C12 is the nation's largest network of Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives. Members meet monthly in confidential peer advisory Forums, receive one-on-one coaching, and work through a proven business curriculum — all with the conviction that business can be both an engine for excellence and a platform for ministry.
C12 Borderplex brings together leaders from El Paso and the surrounding region who want to grow as business leaders, steward what God has entrusted to them well, and build businesses that matter beyond the bottom line.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
What to expect as a guest
Sit alongside Christian CEOs, owners, and executives who understand the responsibility, complexity, and sometimes loneliness of leadership.
Step away from the day-to-day demands of your business to work on your leadership, your organization, and the issues that deserve your best thinking.
Bring a real challenge, opportunity, or decision. You'll have the opportunity to hear candid questions, perspective, and counsel from leaders who understand what it means to carry responsibility.
Members bring real issues into the room because they know what is shared there stays there. Confidentiality creates the trust required for honest conversation.

The Guest Invitation Process
C12 isn't the right fit for every business leader, and we don't expect it to be. Because members discuss real business, family, leadership, and faith issues, we are intentional about who we invite into a Forum.
Guesting is typically the final step in discerning whether C12 membership is a good fit. Before attending, you'll have an opportunity to understand the time and financial commitment, ask questions, and make sure the Forum you're visiting is the right one for you.
The process is designed to protect the trust of our members while giving you enough information to decide whether C12 is worth exploring further.
Step 1
Tell us a little about yourself and the Forum you'd like to visit. Your request starts the conversation; it does not obligate you to anything.
Step 2
We'll review your request to make sure C12 and the selected Forum appear to be an appropriate fit, including checking for potential industry conflicts.
Step 3
Before your visit, you'll spend 15–30 minutes with a current C12 member so you can hear about the Forum experience from someone who lives it.
Step 4
If the fit is right, you'll be invited to experience a full C12 Forum day alongside current members.
Step 5
Afterward, we'll talk about your experience, answer your questions, and discuss whether membership makes sense.
Step 6
If C12 is the right fit for you — and you're the right fit for the Forum — we'll invite you to become a member. If not, that's okay too.
The purpose of a guest day isn't to convince you to join C12. It's to give you enough firsthand experience to decide whether this is the kind of room that would make you a better leader and help you steward your business more faithfully.
